"I found AMC some years ago when my previous vet stopped working with the VA, as they fund my guide dog's medical needs. AMC enthusiastically took us on as patients - that was three guide dogs ago. Everyone I have met there has tended to his/her professionally and, more importantly, with love. Of particular note is the assistance provided in traveling with a service animal. International regulations for visiting with animals are complex and non-uniform - a special shout-out to Nelisa who tirelessly researches all the various requirements for the places we intend to visit and then does everything needed to ensure we are ready to travel on time.
